Mainly by asking beautifully crafted questions, tailored to each individual client and unique situation.
I listen intently so I get to understand the organisation and you, in depth.
I don't give you answers. I'll share my experiences. You've got the answers in you, we'll find them together.
What am I?
I don't really do titles. I don't really like the word Coach and I'm not a Therapist.
What I do is what's important.
I'm Gary and I help Founders: by exploring and questioning, and by being supportive, objective, challenging, thorough, diligent and caring deeply.
Why do I use Questions?
Because nobody knows 'the idea' like The Founder does, and Founders don't want to be told how to parent their 'baby'! They may say that they want answers, but they don't really. They need to be heard and understood, and asking creative questions allows that to happen.
Founders are a unique breed and it takes a Founder to understand a Founder. By asking questions, I help you think and find the answers.
I use a variety of cards containing questions. When you choose a card and ask yourself a question with me, this unique dynamic helps to create a 'safe' and special space to explore things openly and in confidence. The results are often profound. And it's you who then owns the answers.
