How I Help
I was recently described as a ‘Boutique Consultancy’. Sounds a bit fancy. But it was a compliment. I looked up the definition:
bou· tique:
a small company that offers highly specialized services or products
That’s true.
I tailor my approach specifically to each client, because each client is unique and every situation is totally different.
I help Business and Charity Founders, CEOs & Leaders.
I help individuals on a one to one basis. And I can help small teams of people, up to a maximum of five.
Over the years I’ve built up a hefty toolbox of ways to help people. Different tools to help with different jobs. I know which tools to choose that can help.
But I don’t ‘fix you’. I give you the tools to fix things.
I’m not a Therapist.
I've got all sorts of stuff to help us understand what matters to you: Values, Needs, Money & Contribution/Growth/Experiences.
Sometimes the simplest of exercises can lead to a profound ‘Aha’ moment, like The Jelly Baby Tree.
Nearly everything I do is about asking you questions. After listening to you intently. I don’t give you The Answers. You have the answers in you.
I like to keep things ‘light’ with you. Tasks, videos, chats, cards, articles, voice messages and scribbles are playful and approachable. But do not mistake these approaches as trivial, they are serious in their intent and can have a big impact on you.
I’m not sure how much I can stretch the tool box analogy, but I have a humdinger of a Power Tool that helps people get clear about their vision and strategy.
The focus of The Process is helping you make your idea work for you.
It has taken me 15 years to develop, and it can be life-changing.
It takes about three months to complete. Conducted face to face and online.
