Where are the answers?
New vision? New strategy? Growth? Change?
Where will you find The Answers to these things?
My advice is always: Look within first.
Look within Founders/Leaders.
Look within The Team.
Look within Clients/Customers.
The Answers are not on the outside.
The Answers won't come from external consultants. They don't know your idea like you do. And even if good answers come from the outside, you don't own them. Those recommendations rarely get implemented.
I know what you are thinking...
But Gary, you are from the outside, aren't you? You got me, indeed I am.
However, I'm an Ideas Coach, and I don't give you answers. I ask questions—lots of questions. I help you find the answers from within.
You own the answers, so things get implemented, and your idea works.
In summary, if you are looking for answers for your idea, business or charity... look within first.And if you want some help, I have a lot of questions to help you find the answers.
P.S., I've been asked... What if the answers can't be found from within?
My experience (and using my Ideas Process for over 15 years) tells me that on 80% of occasions, the answers are there and can be found within.
But on 20% of occasions, the answers can't be found from the three groups mentioned. If not, some bigger issues and questions need to be asked, like:
Do you have the right founder/leader?
Have you got the right Team?
Is this something that your clients/customers actually need, or is it something that you think they need but don't?
