Crack a specific problem or challenge together. You will leave being clear about what to do.

  • Half day prep by email & phone together

  • Half day bespoke workshop, together, face to face. (An additional half day follow up by me is also included in the price)

  • A one off-workshop, or a taster session to see if the Three Month Programme makes sense

THREE MONTH 'VISION & STRATEGY' PROGRAMME

Get a crystal clear vision and a detailed strategy that is totally aligned with you and works for you.

TOTAL: £4,950

B.

  • 7 x half day workshops, face to face

  • Over a three month period, depending on your availability

  • Approx. 9 full days of my time is allocated to you to complete the programme

SIX MONTHS 'ONGOING SUPPORT' PACKAGE

To help you implement the vision & strategy changes and to be there to support you through it.

TOTAL: £6,600

C.

  • This usually follows after the three month 'Vision & Strategy' programme

  • To be consistently there for you and be hands on when needed

  • A minimum of two days per month of my time is required
